The only chord i'm not sure on is the Am7 in the middle 8.
The song has a lovely rhythm and the intro is easy to work out. Any queries

Capo 4th Fret

D Bm
Send someone to love me, I need to rest in arms,
                Em A
Keep me safe from harm in pouring rain.
D Bm
Give me endless summer, Lord I fear the cold,
            Em A
Feel I'm getting old before my time
            Bm A D
Bm
As my soul heals the shame I will grow through the pain
                G A Asus2 D
Lord I'm doing all I can to be a better man

(Second verse same chords as the first)

Middle 8
F Am7
Once you've found that lover you're homeward bound
            C Dm
Love is all around, love is all around
F Am7
I know some have fallen on stony ground
                    Em7 D
But love is all around

(Repeat first verse)
